This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fast Monkey Wheels LLC, an TEXAS company located in Houston, TEXAS, and operating under the brand name Fast Monkey Wheels

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, members, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins August 28, 2026 at 8:00 AM Central Time and ends September 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. All purchase entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry.

Method One — Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit Fastmonkey.net and purchase eligible merchandise. Each eligible product will clearly state the number of Sweepstakes entries received with that purchase.

Method Two — Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry). To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to:

A properly submitted mail-in entry will receive twenty-four (24) entries into the Sweepstakes. There is a maximum of twenty-four (24) free entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of mail-in submissions received. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 28 , 2026 and received no later than September 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Purchase entries and mail-in entries are treated equally on a per-entry basis. No purchase is required to participate.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

DRAWING

a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an independent designee. All decisions are final.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) GMC 1500 with approximately 147,700 miles, deep burgundy metallic exterior, lowered suspension , body kit and billet specialties wheels 18x11 wheels.

Option B — Cash Alternative: In lieu of the vehicle, winner may elect to receive Twenty thousand Dollars ($20,000) cash, paid by Cash

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $45,000

The vehicle is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranties except manufacturer warranties, if any. Sponsor makes no representations or guarantees regarding the vehicle’s condition, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner is responsible for all title transfer fees, registration, insurance, transportation, and any other costs associated with claiming or using the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

WINNER VERIFICATION

The potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification. The winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release where permitted by law. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. For prizes exceeding $5,000 in value, Sponsor may withhold up to twenty-four percent (24%) for federal income tax as required by law and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC. The winner is strongly encouraged to consult a tax professional before accepting the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, or printing errors.

PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts of Texas.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to this Sweepstakes.
